1. Purpose and Scope
This Agreement has been prepared to determine the procedures and principles regarding the use of electric vehicle charging stations operated under ŞARJTAK POWER; to ensure that charging sockets are vacated within a reasonable period after the completion of the charging process; and to guarantee that the stations remain accessible to other users.
This Agreement covers terms of use, occupancy fees, user obligations, and penalty provisions.
2. Rules of Use
At DC (fast) and AC (slow) charging stations, users who do not remove their vehicles from the parking area despite the completion of the charging process shall be subject to an occupancy fee in order to ensure the effective use of the stations by other users.
Reservation Non-Use Fee
In the event that a reservation is made but not used without cancellation:
DC sockets: 200 TL
AC sockets: 50 TL
The relevant fee shall be charged.
Post-Charging Socket Vacating Period
The user is obliged to disconnect the charging socket from the station no later than 15 (fifteen) minutes after the completion of the charging process.
In the event that this period is exceeded, an occupancy fee of 3.00 TL (Three Turkish Lira) per minute shall be applied to the user.
This fee is automatically calculated by the system as of the moment the charging process is completed and collected from the user’s account.
3. Application of Occupancy Fees
The first 15 minutes following the completion of the charging process constitute a free waiting period.
After the expiration of 15 minutes, an occupancy fee of 3.00 TL per minute shall be accrued for each minute until the socket is disconnected.
Additional Occupancy Fee Table (Graduated Notification)
For user information purposes, the following additional fees apply based on elapsed time:
15-minute overstay: 150 TL
30-minute overstay: 300 TL
45-minute overstay: 450 TL
60-minute overstay: 500 TL
These graduated amounts are for informational purposes only and represent the total equivalent of the occupancy fee calculated at 3.00 TL per minute.
“ŞARJTAK POWER reserves the right to make changes to occupancy fees when deemed necessary. Any such changes shall be communicated to users via the mobile application, website, or other electronic communication channels.”
4. User Obligations
The user agrees to use the charging stations solely in an authorized, safe, and purpose-appropriate manner.
In cases where the charging device is left connected for an extended period after the completion of the charging process, the parking area is unnecessarily occupied, or actions are taken that restrict other users’ access, additional sanctions may be applied in addition to the occupancy fee.
In the event of technical malfunctions, system errors, or force majeure circumstances, ŞARJTAK POWER reserves the right to reassess occupancy fees.
5. Termination and Sanctions
In the event that the user acts in violation of the provisions of this Agreement, the following sanctions may be applied:
Temporary suspension of the user account,
Restriction of access to services,
Permanent closure of the account in cases of repeated violations.
ŞARJTAK POWER reserves the right to claim compensation for material damages arising from the user.
6. Legal Basis and Resolution of Disputes
All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the Turkish Commercial Code, the relevant legislation regarding electric vehicle charging stations, and other applicable legal regulations in force.
The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes.
7. Acceptance and Approval
By approving this Agreement electronically, the user declares and undertakes that they have started to benefit from ŞARJTAK POWER services; that they have fully read, understood, and accepted the provisions of this Agreement in their entirety.
The user shall be deemed to have accepted all fees related to occupancy charges in advance.
