Rectifying any details that may be misinterpreted or deemed incomplete is of vital importance to avoid future disputes and liabilities.
For this reason, we strongly emphasize that this Agreement should only be published after being duly reviewed and approved by the authorized authorities.
CHARGING SERVICES PRE-AUTHORIZATION PAYMENT AGREEMENT
1. Purpose and Scope
This Agreement has been prepared to regulate the obligations of users and the payment terms regarding the use of charging services provided by [COMPANY_NAME]. By initiating the charging service via the [COMPANY_NAME] mobile application, users shall be deemed to have accepted this Agreement.
2. Pre-Authorization Practice
The User acknowledges and agrees that, prior to initiating the charging service, a pre-authorization amount determined by [COMPANY_NAME], namely [PRE_AUTHORIZATION_AMOUNT] Turkish Liras, shall be blocked on the User’s credit card. Upon completion of the charging service, the amount corresponding to the electrical energy consumed during the charging period shall be charged to the credit card. The remaining portion of the pre-authorization amount shall be released in accordance with the instructions provided by [COMPANY_NAME] to the relevant bank, and the blocked amount shall be refunded to the User. The release of the pre-authorization block may vary depending on bank procedures but shall be completed within a maximum period of 48 to 72 hours.
3. Initiation and Completion of the Charging Service
The User may select the charging station to be used via the [COMPANY_NAME] mobile application, create a route to the selected station, and initiate the charging process by scanning the QR code on the charging device or by locating the station via the map. The charging process may be terminated manually by the User or will automatically stop once the vehicle is fully charged.
4. Payment and Collection
Upon completion of the charging service, the amount corresponding to the charging service shall be collected from the User’s credit card. Any portion of the pre-authorization amount exceeding the collected amount shall be refunded. The User acknowledges that the pre-authorization amount displayed in the application during the charging process is used solely as a partial collection mechanism and that the remaining amount shall be refunded in accordance with applicable bank procedures.
5. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
In the event that the User wishes to cancel the charging process after initiating the charging service, only the amount corresponding to the usage during the charging period shall be charged to the credit card, and the remaining pre-authorization amount shall be canceled. Subject to bank procedures, the release of the pre-authorization may take up to 48 to 72 hours.
6. Liability and Obligations
The User agrees to use both the charging device and the vehicle properly and in accordance with applicable instructions during the charging process. In the event of improper termination of the charging process, damage, or other issues, [COMPANY_NAME] reserves the right to collect any costs for which the User is responsible.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the service terms of [COMPANY_NAME] and the laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply, and the [COURT_NAME] Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
Acceptance and Approval
By approving this Agreement, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the pre-authorization practice and payment terms related to the charging services provided via the [COMPANY_NAME] mobile application.
